In 2001, Ganzhou Weicheng Lighter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded and specialized in lighter export.

In 2004, Weicheng obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

In 2005, our lighters passed the ISO9994 lighter safety inspection of SGS Lab.

In 2006, Weicheng self-developed child-resistant lighter with a safety lock.

In 2010, we jointed venture with Flamagas to produce CLIPPER lighters.

In 2010, we invested lighter body spraying line and printing line to offer high-end lighter surface customization service.

In 2012, Weicheng Lighter was rewarded as Famous Trademark of Jiangxi Province, China

In 2014, our factory was equipped with fully automatic lighter production line to enable standard mass production.

In 2015, we successfully developed modular lighter design with simple assembly.

In 2016, modular windproof lighters configured with valves for fixed flame started mass production.

In 2017, modular utility lighters were developed.

In 2018, the WELITE trademark was successfully registered in the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

In 2019, a utility torch lighter with hard ventilated conductive parts was authorized the invention patent (ZL 2017 1 0335733.4).

In 2020, an electronic lighter with pre-gas mixture, was granted the invention patent (ZL 2015 1 0159940.X).
