we can manufacture molds according to customer’s samples, drawings and specification requirements. High-quality molds are sources of ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each part and the quality of the lighter. So, from the beginning of using the mold, we set up our own mold manufacturing rooms to manufacture our own mold. We apply high-quality steel materials for making molds strictly according to the design. Though the cost is as several times as the ordinary mold, its service life can reach more than 10 years. Molds’ precision can reach 0.003mm, which basically solves quality problems stemming from insufficient accuracy parts by using a mold with low accuracy.
